Frequently asked questions
How does the 14-day trial work?
You'll enter payment details when you start the trial, but no charge is made until day 15. Cancel any time before then and you won't be billed. After the trial the plan you selected starts on the cycle (monthly or annual) you chose at sign-up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Solo to Team, switch between monthly and annual billing, or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Plan changes take effect on your next billing date with prorated adjustments.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
Listed prices are exclusive of VAT, GST, and local sales taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing location. Customers in jurisdictions without an applicable digital-services tax are billed the listed price.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus selected local payment methods depending on your country, including SEPA, iDEAL and Apple Pay where available. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
Yes. You can export all your assessments to CSV or JSON at any time, including after cancellation. We retain your account data for 30 days after cancellation to allow re-activation, after which it is deleted on request.
